MedStreamline LLC is seeking a highly organized Account Manager to support facility partners across an assigned territory. This full-time role requires extensive travel, training staff on equipment, and ensuring optimal service delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are self-starters who can work independently, build strong relationships with facility staff, and manage technical support and equipment maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or customer success.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within an assigned territory and work in healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between facilities and MedStreamline, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships with facility leadership, nursing staff, CNAs, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular facility visits to assess needs, provide training, and ensure successful utilization of MedStreamline services.
