Weimer Bearing is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow revenue and expand customer relationships across the Eau Claire/Chippewa Falls territory in Wisconsin. You will visit customers, identify opportunities and present mechanical power transmission products and related services.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Proven success in prospecting, lead generation, and closing new business.
• Experience in industrial sales, power transmission or bearings is highly desirable.
• Mechanical aptitude or industrial distribution experience is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Prophet 21 ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an assigned sales territory through regular customer visits and daily travel.
• Prospect, qualify and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key decision-makers.
• Develop long-term partnerships with OEM and MRO accounts.
• Identify customer challenges and recommend effective product and service solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer support and responsiveness.
• Participate in comprehensive product training and mentorship programs.
• Develop strategic plans to grow market share and increase territory performance.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and drive long-term business growth.
