Job summary

Weimer Bearing & Transmission, Inc. in Eau Claire, WI, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to grow revenue and expand customer relationships across a dynamic territory. You will manage visits and daily travel to secure new business and strengthen existing partnerships with OEM and MRO customers.

The ideal candidate has proven outside sales success, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel. Industrial distribution expertise and knowledge of power transmission are highly valued,

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales in industrial distribution preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
• Experience in industrial sales, bearings or related industries is desirable.
• Familiarity with Prophet 21 ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue and expand customer relationships in the assigned territory.
• Visit customers regularly and travel to develop opportunities.
• Prospect, qualify and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Develop long-term partnerships with OEM and MRO accounts.
• Identify customer challenges and recommend product solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver superior support.
• Participate in product training and mentorship programs.
• Develop strategic plans to grow market share and territory performance.
• Seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and long-term growth.
