Job summary

Chester's Chicken is seeking a Territory Performance Manager to work from a home office in preferred states and travel as required. You will safeguard brand integrity, drive profitability and support franchise performance through leadership and data-driven strategies.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will foster franchise relationships, assist with openings and coordinate trainings, using insights to shape pricing and strategic plans across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office applications.
• P&L and budget management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and ServSafe recommended.
• 75% travel requirement to manage franchise performance.

Responsibilities

• Foster and manage relationships with current franchisees and multi-unit operators.
• Ensure franchisee performance through operations, profitability and marketing support.
• Assist with new store openings, training plans and start-up verification.
• Develop strategic plans using data insights and monitor market trends.
• Guide franchise management and protect operating and financial interests.
• Coordinate franchise renewals and act as liaison with wholesalers.
