Job summary

Chester's Chicken is seeking a Territory Performance Manager to operate from a home office and cover multiple U.S. states. You will manage franchise relationships, drive performance, and ensure brand standards in product quality, service, cleanliness and profitability.

Travel to franchise locations will be extensive to sustain growth and support new openings. Reporting to the Regional Director, the TPM will translate data insights into strategic sales activities, monitor market trends and price

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or significant QSR experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with IOS business apps and CRM systems preferred.
• Prior P&L and budget management preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices; ServSafe certification recommended but not required.
• Dynamic self-starter capable in operator meetings and restaurant kitchens.
• Travel up to 75% is required.

Responsibilities

• Foster and manage relationships with current franchisees and multi-unit operators.
• Ensure franchisee performance in operations, profitability and marketing.
• Assist with new store openings, start-up and training, and verify training materials.
• Develop strategic plans using data insights and monitor market trends.
• Guide franchise management to protect both franchisee and company interests.
• Oversee franchise renewals as needed and liaise with wholesalers and operators.
