Job summary

Chester's Chicken seeks a Territory Performance Manager to drive franchise performance from a home office. You will manage brand standards, profitability, and training across designated regions with substantial travel to support operators and openings.

You will apply strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to develop strategy, analyze data, and protect both franchise and company interests in a fast-paced QSR environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; QSR or C-store experience preferred.
• Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication; strong listening and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with IOS business apps and CRM software preferred.
• Prior P&L and budget management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and brand standards is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Foster and manage relationships with current franchisees and multi-unit operators.
• Ensure franchisee performance with operations, profitability and marketing.
• Assist with new store openings, training, and verifying training materials and tools.
• Translate strategic planning into sales actions using data insights and market trends.
• Guide franchise management while protecting operating and financial interests and ensuring franchise compliance.
• Oversee franchise renewals and resolve delivery-related issues with operators.
