Job summary

Chester's Chicken is seeking a Territory Performance Manager to operate from a home office, overseeing financial performance, brand standards and new business across designated states. You will foster franchise relationships, guide marketing and operations, and manage renewals and pricing strategy.

Ideal candidates bring a business orientation, strong communication, P&L experience and a willingness to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business preferable with marketing/sales coursework.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication; strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; CRM experience preferred.
• Prior P&L and budget management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety; ServSafe recommended but not required.
• Dynamic self-starter capable in operator meetings and kitchen settings.
• Willing to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with current franchisees and multi-unit operators.
• Improve franchisee performance focusing on operations, profitability and marketing.
• Support new store openings, start-up and training, and verify training materials.
• Translate strategic plan into sales activities; monitor market trends.
• Guide franchise management and protect operating and financial interests.
• Oversee franchise renewals as needed.
• Coordinate between wholesalers and franchisees; resolve delivery issues.
