Job summary

TrueBlue, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee day-to-day branch operations in New Orleans, LA.

You will drive revenue, manage the territory P&L, and lead a team across locations while ensuring safety and compliance with laws and company standards. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 4 years of professional experience and 2 years in management, plus strong leadership and customer relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 4 years of professional experience with 2 years in a related management role.
• Proven leadership competencies and experience driving positive business outcomes.
• Experience in account management and direct customer interface.
• Prior staffing industry or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory profit and loss and monitor performance metrics.
• Lead staffing operations and supervise team members across locations.
• Promote safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop staff, set goals, and plan professional growth.
• Retain and expand customer accounts and drive new sales.
• Travel to client sites for sales and service needs.
