Job summary

TrueBlue, Inc. is seeking a Staffing Specialist to support the Territory Manager in daily operations and sales generation. You will recruit, onboard, and place associates, ensuring great matches for assignments while delivering outstanding service to customers and staff.

Role includes handling orders, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with safety and other program requirements. Join a team focused on growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in customer service or related field.
• Prior experience in the staffing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient with all required operating systems.
• Take inbound orders from new and existing customers, entering them into the system.
• Perform high-volume outbound phone calls and messaging to find qualified workers for job orders.
• Utilize tools to find the best associate match for open positions, ensuring qualification alignment.
• Collaborate with the Territory Manager to improve branch performance.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of the branch and handle filing and record retention.
• Process payroll for associates timely and accurately and resolve disputed hours.
• Respond to administrative and third-party requests, including unemployment claims.
• Address customer billing and payment issues, including collections when appropriate.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with screenings.
• Respond to questions via phone, email, chat, or in person with satisfactory resolution.
• Provide exceptional service to customers and associates and build lasting relationships.
• Proactively recruit associates and ensure onboarding with I-9 verification and JobStack usage.
• Manage associates to ensure assignment success and compliance with attendance and client requirements.
• May drive a vehicle to transport associates or conduct site visits.
