Job summary

This role collaborates with associates and sales teams to optimize service delivery. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years in professional roles with 2 years in management, strong leadership and customer relations skills, and the ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 4 years’ professional experience with 2 years of related management experience.
• Experience in staffing industry or similar preferred.
• Proven leadership competencies and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory profit and loss (P&L) and monitor performance metrics.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure safety and compliance.
• Lead recruitment, performance reviews, and staff development.
• Retain and expand customer accounts and drive sales.
• Develop pricing quotes and understand local market conditions.
• Travel to client sites as needed to support accounts.
