Job summary

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in sales or insurance, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven ability to drive results. Valid driver’s license and insurer familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales results and manage relationships with agencies.
• Strong communication and organization skills necessary for training and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, interview, and approve new appointments to expand GEICO’s agency distribution.
• Coach agents in-person/virtual/phone/email to build relationships and improve performance.
• Translate national strategies into local goals and monitor progress against targets.
• Deliver trainings on GEICO products and value proposition to agency staff.
