Job summary

Corken Steel Products Company in Louisville, KY is seeking a Territory Manager / Outside Sales to grow roofing product sales in an assigned territory. You will be the primary contact for contractors, builders and trade customers, promoting residential and commercial roofing systems and related building products.

The role requires developing new business, maintaining a proactive call schedule, and delivering exceptional customer service while coordinating with branch staff to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or roofing/construction trades.
• Understanding of roofing products and installation practices.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Sell the full roofing product line to existing customers and new prospects.
• Develop new business with roofing contractors, remodelers, and builders.
• Maintain a regular call schedule to drive account growth.
• Inform customers about new products, price changes, promotions, and code updates.
• Provide job-site support including take-offs and product recommendations.
• Coordinate deliveries and resolve order, inventory, and logistics issues.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and follow up on quotes and orders.
• Support company policies and participate in product training and sales programs.
• Set sales goals with branch/ sales managers and adjust territory strategy.
