Job summary

Mallory Safety & Supply in Portland, OR is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to join our expanding sales team. You will manage an established territory, strengthen relationships with existing customers, and uncover new opportunities within the industrial safety market.

You will contribute to high-performing accounts, deliver consultative presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service while pursuing growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of outside sales or account management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established territory by strengthening relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities.
• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and identify opportunities for growth through strategic account planning.
• Conduct customer visits, evaluate needs, and deliver consultative sales presentations tailored to each customer's business.
• Expand business within existing accounts by identifying new products, services, and safety solutions.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and emerging products to provide valuable insights to customers.
• Prepare quotes, submit orders, and ensure timely follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and territory reporting.
• Participate in supplier training, industry education, and professional development opportunities.
• Support and collaborate with Onsite Associates serving customers within your territory.
