Qualifications

• Experience in territory sales, account management, or retail sales support in home improvement or lawn and garden channels.
• Strong relationship-building skills with head office buyers and store-level teams.
• Comfortable running product training sessions and representing a brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of retail and distributor accounts.
• Build relationships with buyers, store managers, and distributor partners.
• Support account activity on Faire including promotions and customer service.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing business and win new accounts.
