Job summary

Do it Best Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow market share among member-owners in Northwest Iowa, Des Moines and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes selling programs, products, and services while enhancing member experience through strong product knowledge and proactive engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in sales/marketing/business or related field.
5+ years of outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

Travel throughout the territory to sell member-owners programs and promote products.
Collaborate with member-owners to implement best practices in their locations.
Coordinate with corporate teams to address each member’s needs.
Prospect within the territory to recruit new independent home improvement retailers.
Assist members in planning major in-store events to drive traffic.
