Soleo Health is seeking a Territory Manager to support the Tacoma, WA market. The role drives territory growth through consultative physician office sales, new business development, industry networking, and top-tier customer service for all IG and Specialty therapies offered by the Company.

The Territory Manager develops and executes a results-driven market plan to acquire new referral sources, expand relationships, increase patient referrals, and meet business objectives within the assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare and sales.
• Minimum five years in healthcare with three years in sales or customer advocacy.
• Knowledge of bleeding disorder community, specialty pharmacy, and infusion sales is preferred.
• Able to analyze data and market trends to drive territory growth.
• Strong business acumen and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new referral sources and expand existing accounts to drive growth.
• Educate patients and physician referral sources about Soleo Health products and services.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop territory plans using market intelligence and performance data.
• Negotiate contracts with referral sources and third parties under supervision.
