Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Territory Manager to support the Missouri market area. You will develop relationships with referral sources, physician practices, health systems, and strategic accounts to drive patient recruitment and service expansion.

This role requires strategic planning, field sales execution, and a focus on delivering value to patients and clinicians. Based in Missouri, the Territory Manager will cover St.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum five years health care experience with at least three in sales or a customer advocate role.
• Broad knowledge of bleeding disorder community, specialty pharmacy and infusion sales.
• Ability to use data and market analytics to identify opportunities and drive territory strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and service existing accounts to drive territory growth.
• Target and secure new referral sources including physician practices and health systems.
• Educate patients and referral sources about Soleo Health products and services.
• Maintain regular value-added contact with customers to encourage loyalty.
• Analyze market conditions and competition to advise management.
• Use CRM and market data to prioritize targets and plan territory activities.
• Negotiate contracts with referral sources and third-party payors.
