Job summary

Cameron Ashley Building Products is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth across a defined geographic region. You will leverage product knowledge, industry awareness, and strategic relationships to expand our customer base and increase market share.

You will develop targeted growth strategies, present valuable solutions, and manage quotes and bids while partnering with the distribution center and inside sales to penetrate key accounts.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience required; building products experience preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate value-based selling versus price.
• Territory travel 50–75%; limited overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies to expand customer base.
• Engage with new and existing customers to build relationships and increase sales footprint.
• Represent products and services with in-depth knowledge and market awareness.
