The ideal candidate will have strong outside sales experience, ideally in building products, and the capacity to understand and sell on value. The role requires a proactive approach and 50-75% territory travel, accommodating a dynamic sales environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Outside sales experience is a must – Building products experience is preferred.
• Ability to understand the key aspects of selling on value as opposed to price.

Responsibilities

• Engages with new, existing, and potential customers to establish effective sales relationships.
• Develops strategic growth strategies for managing customer account relationships.
• Records, analyzes, reports & forecasts account information to identify sales strategies.
