Job summary

PTS Advance in Denver seeks an experienced Territory Manager to grow the customer base across building materials, roofing and construction products. You will manage relationships with contractors and distributors, visit sites, and drive sales growth within a defined territory.

You will travel regularly to customer locations, provide product demonstrations and training, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and installation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in building materials, roofing or construction sales.
• Strong customer relationships and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with customers, contractors, distributors, and industry partners within the territory.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and sales leads.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.
• Provide technical guidance and product installation support to customers and contractors.
• Inspect residential and commercial projects as needed.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, reports, and other business documentation.
• Present product information and communicate key features and benefits.
• Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, orders, production, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address customer needs.
• Travel throughout the territory to meet with customers; attend events as needed.
• Support sales growth and market development within the territory.
