Job summary

American Tire Distributors is seeking a results-driven sales professional to expand dealer networks and grow market share across a defined geography. You will identify growth opportunities, tailor product recommendations, and travel as required to build strong relationships with dealers.

You will also manage CRM data quality, collaborate with support teams, and pursue upsell opportunities using data-driven insights to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School or GED degree.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify dealer growth opportunities within assigned geography, delivering growth through activating dormant/under penetrated accounts.
• Identify products or services that meet customer needs, using BI and market expertise to propose product screens and segment recommendations.
• Travel throughout the geographic area of the assigned territory; travel to the Solution Center or other Distribution Centers as determined by Management.
• Grow program dealers in the assigned geography while improving total units through program as a % of total units sold.
• Develop and grow opportunity accounts, graduating them to the Key Account Manager.
• Ensure quality CRM data to enable customer retention, business development, follow-up actions and other sales activities.
• Work collaboratively with all support roles to drive additional unit/revenue opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
• Identify upsell/cross opportunities based on understanding of customer needs via relationships and predictive data models.
• Utilize data, analytics, and standardized reporting to improve time management and drive strategic activity.
• Attend local or regional trade events to enhance market visibility.
