Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Residential Territory Manager for Carpet Soft Surface Flooring to cover the Pittsburgh, PA market.

The role focuses on maintaining and growing Shaw’s profitability and market share through strong dealer relationships, product knowledge, and active field presence. Responsibilities include daily sales calls, presenting to dealers, designers and end-users, building displays, and reporting on sales performance.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of sales experience or equivalent.
• Must reside in the market and be able to travel in a van or SUV.
• Ability to lift samples and build displays up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Daily sales calls on existing customers with emphasis on hard surface products.
• Present products to dealers, designers and end-users; analyze leads.
• Sell and construct display racks; travel within territory.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and communicate market conditions.
• Enter customer interactions into Salesforce.com and promote residential products.
