Job summary

Element Materials Technology seeks a Business Development Manager to pursue sales opportunities within named accounts across the US West region, including California. You will lead initiatives to win new business and expand existing relationships by presenting the full range of Element services to decision makers.

This role requires travel up to 75%, close collaboration with site teams, and strong relationship building to meet revenue targets and support strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 10 years of technical sales experience.
• BS in Materials Science; other four-year degrees considered.
• Testing, metallurgical or composites experience a plus.
• Experience interpreting testing procedures and requirements.
• MS Office and CRM proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers in assigned accounts.
• Drive profitable sales growth by acquiring new and re-engaging dormant accounts.
• Gather market data and identify customer needs to tailor offerings.
• Deliver presentations, negotiate, and close deals with nominated accounts.
• Collaborate with location resources and CRM to track opportunities and outcomes.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while representing Element professionally.
