Job summary

Timken is seeking a Territory Account Specialist to cover aftermarket opportunities in North and West Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. This position requires a self-starting individual with 5+ years of mechanical experience, especially in gearbox repair. The role is home-based with 50% travel expected. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, conducting equipment surveys, and submitting timely reports. A High School Diploma is required, with a preference for a Bachelor’s in a technical field. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical and/or electrical experience required.
• Experience in gearbox repair and/or motor repair preferred.
• Ability to assess territory market needs and develop market plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and perform equipment surveys.
• Create proposals to meet customer requirements and follow up.
• Submit weekly expense and call reports in a timely manner.
