Job summary

Sysco is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to promote products and build relationships with new and existing accounts in the South San Francisco area. The role may require flexible hours to meet customer needs and travel to events and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent including Sysco Sales Internship
• 3+ years in Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales
• Willing to reside within 1 hour of South San Francisco territory (relocation not approved)

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Qualify prospects and align products/services to customer needs.
• Research customer needs and recommend products to meet goals.
• Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts and events; collect balances per credit terms.
• Manage deliveries and troubleshoot issues in the order process.
• Participate in sales meetings and ongoing training.
