Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking an Outside Food Sales Representative to cultivate relationships, develop new business, and provide innovative solutions within the Boynton Beach, FL area. You will manage a sales territory, balance new customer acquisition with strengthening existing relationships, and participate in training offerings to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree and/or culinary certificate preferred.
• 1 year of prior sales, business, or food service experience.
• Maintaining a valid state driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to obtain your food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Pursuing new customers within the assigned territory and developing sales strategies.
• Deepening and strengthening existing customer relationships through regular visits and reviews.
• Managing sales territory with coordination of visits and timely order status updates.
• Providing training to customers on Gordon Food Service product offerings and services.
• Identifying opportunities within existing customers to add value through products and services.
