Job summary

JJ Haines is seeking an Account Executive for the Harrisburg, PA area to drive profitable revenue growth by building new business and retaining existing clients within the assigned territory.

You will plan and execute territory strategies, call on customers to sell flooring products, programs, and services, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience.
• BA/BS degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in flooring industry and/or distribution preferred.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan for the territory.
• Sell products, programs and services to customers.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Credit and Customer Service.
