Zusammenfassung

Happy Floors is seeking highly motivated Account Managers to expand the dealer network and grow sales across the United States. You will develop territory action plans using data analysis and adjust sales approaches based on field results.

The role requires frequent travel within the territory and strong ability to close deals on displays and inventory. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales, a business-related bachelor’s degree is preferred, and CRM experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Aufgaben

• Expand the base of accounts and grow sales in the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement a territory action plan based on data analysis.
• Travel within the territory up to 4–5 days of overnight travel per month.
• Sell Happy Floors hard surface products on displays, samples and inventory.
• Foster long-term relationships with dealers and customers.
• Report to Regional Sales Manager and use CRM to track territory performance.
