Brooks Safety Solutions is seeking a Territory Account Executive to grow Commercial Fire's customer base across a defined territory. You will win new inspection and preventive maintenance agreements for commercial properties, including fire extinguishers, exit lighting, alarms, and related services.

This role requires on-site prospecting, site walks, and proposal development, with coordination across operations to ensure successful handoffs and first inspections.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B outside sales with a proven quota attainment.
• Experience selling services, contracts, or recurring revenue.
• Ability to translate on-site needs into written proposals.
• Self-directed, able to manage a territory with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and daily travel within territory.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and win new commercial accounts through cold calling and site visits.
• Build and manage a pipeline to meet annual new-revenue targets.
• Prepare proposals and pricing for inspection and PM agreements.
• Coordinate with operations and technicians for smooth handoffs.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Develop market knowledge of competitors and AHJ/code requirements.
