Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of retail selling experience in consumer electronics or related products preferred.
• 6+ months of training experience, preferably in direct marketing/retail environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel within 70 miles of the market with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive Dell market share through daily direct and indirect sales engagement.
• Deliver high-quality customer interactions that convert to measurable results.
• Train and motivate retail associates to confidently recommend Dell solutions.
• Build relationships with store managers to create sales-driving initiatives.
• Ensure Dell displays are clean, operational, and visually compelling.
• Execute retail resets and merchandising refreshes within the market.
• Educate customers and recommend complete solutions tailored to needs.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and performance metrics.
