Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring part-time Territory Sales Representatives to promote Dell and Alienware products in Lexington, KY. You will demonstrate, train, merchandise, and sell across retailers, ensuring staff receive up-to-date product information and a consistent brand message.

The role involves visiting stores weekly, building strong relationships with store personnel, and supporting retail teams with training, endcap resets, and market initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 6+ months of previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred.
• 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
• Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation.
• Strong multi-tasking skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Travel within 70 miles of Ideal Market Zip Code with occasional travel to other Markets.
• Must have and maintain reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate, sell, and promote Dell products at retailers in the assigned market.
• Provide training and support to Retail Sales Associates and Leadership.
• Complete Endcap and Inline resets of Dell/AW displays.
• Use personal transportation to travel within the assigned market, visiting retailers on a weekly schedule.
• Guide consumers with the latest and most relevant product information when making a purchase decision.
• Coordinate Group trainings and execute.
• Be able to not only promote the Dell brand to customers but also work closely with store associates and management to build tight-knit relationships.
• Attend bi-annual meetings for training and enrichment with the client partner.
