Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Territory Sales and Service Representative to join the Fargo, ND market. You will manage your territory, service laundry and dish machines, and sell new solutions for customers to achieve a cleaner, safer environment.

This field-based role requires travel to Fargo, ND, plus a 2-week training at Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota. You will be paid travel-related expenses and must have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality industry-related experience.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays.
• Position requires a current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers and recommend unique programs and solutions to customers.
• Grow sales within existing customer accounts by communicating total value.
• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems.
• Provide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person, as needed.
