Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Territory Sales and Service Representative in the Providence, RI market. You will manage a defined territory, service laundry and dish machines, and sell new solutions to help customers achieve a cleaner, safer environment.

The role includes field travel, paid training at a MN facility, a company vehicle, and a path toward growth in service or sales within a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality experience.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• No immigration sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers with tablets and apps to propose programs and solutions.
• Grow sales within existing customer accounts and communicate value.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines and dispensing equipment.
• Provide emergency service to customers by phone or in person when needed.
• Assist in installation of equipment and solutions at customer sites.
• Demonstrate safe equipment use and ensure operations are functional.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs.
