Job summary

Ecolab seeks a Territory Sales and Service Representative for the Saint Cloud, MN market. You will manage a defined territory, service laundry and dish machines, dispense equipment, and sell new solutions to help customers maintain a cleaner, safer environment.

The role is field-based with travel to the Saint Cloud area; training includes travel to Ecolab Corporate HQ for two weeks, paid by Ecolab. A company vehicle and cell phone are provided, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality industry-related experience.
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers using tablet and mobile apps to recommend programs and solutions.
• Communicate total value to meet customer needs and grow sales in existing accounts.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment and systems.
• Provide emergency service to existing customers by phone or in person.
• Assist in installation of equipment and solutions.
• Demonstrate safe equipment use and ensure operations are fully functional.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs.
