Job summary

ECOLAB in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Territory Sales and Service Representative to manage a defined territory, service laundry and dish machines, dispense equipment and systems, and sell new solutions to customers to promote a cleaner, safer environment.

During training, you will travel to Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, MN for 2 of 12 weeks; in-field training follows. A company service vehicle and cell phone are provided, with travel and related expenses paid by ECOLAB.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service or hospitality industry-related experience.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays.

Responsibilities

• Leverage tools to conduct customer visits and recommend programs and solutions.
• Grow sales within existing customer accounts and communicate total value to customers.
• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment and systems.
• Provide emergency service to customers via phone or in person as needed.
• Assist in installation of equipment and solutions.
• Demonstrate safe equipment use and ensure operations are fully functional.
