Job summary

Core-Mark, a leading distributor for convenience retailers in North America, is seeking a Field Sales Representative to grow a broad portfolio of independent stores. You will drive sales through food service and convenience programs, onboard new accounts, and deepen relationships with existing customers, with compensation tied to territory performance.

Expect to travel 80% within a local territory around Phoenix, present compelling solutions, and work with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, account management or business development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• CRM experience and ability to manage a robust sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and profit margins through territory management and tailored customer strategies.
• Prospect and onboard new customer accounts, including cold calling.
• Educate customers on convenience and foodservice programs and promotions.
• Review performance reports with store managers and address opportunities.
