• Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client portfolio.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs with business owners.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Personally visit new businesses and build relationships with owners.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio; pursue targets.
• Work with manager to set monthly/quarterly sales goals.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
