Novonesis, a leader in biosolutions, is seeking a Field-based Sales Representative to own the Washington, DC territory. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and wellness centers, delivering product presentations and clinical discussions to drive adoption and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; B2B sales experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales, ideally in healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving territory growth.
• Hunter mentality with ability to identify, pursue and close new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate scientific concepts into clear insights for customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth by prospecting and developing new healthcare professional accounts.
• Execute strategic territory plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Build long-term partnerships with healthcare practitioners through regular engagement.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and clinical discussions in virtual and in-person settings.
• Maintain CRM records and collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Travel as required to engage customers across the Washington, DC area.
