Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a sales professional to develop and manage an assigned territory in Washington, DC. You will implement clients’ marketing plans using clinical judgment and provide educational support to physicians and nursing staff.

The role requires 1-2 years of B2B or pharmaceutical sales experience, willingness to travel, and living within the territory. A base salary ranges from $70,000 to $72,000 with potential car allowance and commissions/bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years B2B or pharmaceutical sales experience
• Must live within territory
• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license
• Track record of success with outside sales experience

Responsibilities

• Utilize marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience
• Plan and organize activities to ensure consistent coverage of the territory depending on each client’s needs
• Engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient
• Provide educational and scientific support for decisions to physicians, practitioners, and nursing staff
