Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Sales Representative in the Dulles, VA area to grow revenue through new business and expanded accounts. This field-based role focuses on flooring, tile, countertops, and related building products, with a strong emphasis on relationship development and product expertise.

The position offers a competitive base pay of $65,000–$75,000 plus commission, travel across the territory, and an environment that rewards performance with bonus opportunities and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Outside sales experience preferred.
• Experience in flooring/building materials or related industries is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers within the assigned territory.
• Drive sales growth through new business development and account expansion.
• Educate customers and store personnel on products, features, and selling strategies.
• Provide pricing, prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and manage sales contracts.
• Maintain product displays, samples, and marketing materials.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and sales reports to identify opportunities.
• Resolve customer concerns related to deliveries, returns, and credits.
• Attend trade shows and customer events as needed.
• Travel throughout the territory, spending approximately four days per week in the field and one day in the office.
