Job summary

Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to promote Wilsonart and related products to cabinet, millwork, and building industry customers in a designated territory. The role involves building relationships with distributors, contractors, and specifiers, achieving sales targets, and traveling within the territory to meet prospects and customers.

A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of field sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven field sales experience.
• Experience selling design or building products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage time and resources to meet personal and team sales targets.
• Forecast sales and develop sales strategies and models.
• Develop accounts and opportunities to generate sales growth across territory.
