Job summary

Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces is seeking a seasoned Sales Representative to drive revenue in the cabinet, millwork, and building industry. You will promote Wilsonart and partner products to a range of buying and non-buying customers, while developing territory coverage and strategic relationships.

You’ll forecast, plan, and execute sales initiatives and travel within your designated region to meet clients in person.

Qualifications

• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience using a CRM to manage pipelines and opportunities.
• Familiarity with different sales techniques and account management.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Knowledge of the decorative surfaces industry and related markets.
• Experience with sales and marketing principles within building products.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets within the designated territory.
• Forecast sales and develop sales strategies and models.
• Develop and maintain accounts across cabinet, millwork, and building segments.
• Identify new opportunities and grow revenue in target accounts.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Document activities in CRM (Salesforce) and maintain product knowledge.
• Travel within the territory, including potential overnight trips.
