Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY is seeking a Field Sales Professional in the United States to drive territory sales across schools, clubs, youth leagues, YMCA organizations, and community programs. The role is hybrid and requires residing in/near Johnstown or Altoona, PA, with local travel 2–5 days per week.

Responsibilities include full‑cycle sales from prospecting to post‑sale service, building a strong pipeline, and using CRM data to uncover opportunities while delivering top‑tier

Qualifications

• Self-directed with strong organizational skills and initiative.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in CRM and MS Office suite.
• Ability to manage time and multitask in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches in assigned territory and drive revenue.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads within territory through cold calls and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management and activity tracking.
• Increase sales in existing accounts across sports and levels.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Travel within territory to manage local client relationships.
