Job summary

Bunzl Distribution NA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in the Quad Cities and Western Illinois. This field-based role focuses on both new business development and account management in a B2B environment.

You will build relationships, handle inquiries, manage AR, and coordinate with internal teams to meet targets in a fast-paced setting. Location near Quad Cities is preferred but flexible within the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of inside/outside sales experience in related markets preferred.
• Experience planning daily/weekly sales activity across a geography.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales through prospecting and building new accounts.
• Manage and expand existing relationships with exceptional service.
• Meet or exceed sales and margin KPIs.
• Provide timely sales forecasts to ensure inventory alignment.
• Develop pricing strategies and effective account planning.
