BSN SPORTS, A Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Field Sales Pro to drive full-cycle sales in a defined territory in NW Minnesota and Grand Forks metro. This hybrid role combines home/offices with in-person visits to schools and communities.

You will generate revenue, manage accounts in CRM, and expand services across all sports. A strong background in B2B outside sales or coaching, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' B2B outside sales experience or coaching/sports background.
• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid license, insurance and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Provide consultative customer service to coaches within an assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Qualify and develop leads via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM to manage accounts and track activity.
• Increase sales across all sports and levels within territory.
• Leverage data-driven insights to spot trends and opportunities.
• Travel locally to schools/organizations 2–5+ days per week.
