Job summary

Birkey’s Farm Store, Inc. is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative to build relationships with clients and current Birkey’s customers. You will call on offices, shops, and job sites in your territory, provide on-site training, and quote and sell parts, services, and PM contracts.

You will also promote sales, support field demos, and generate new leads while keeping reports up to date and maintaining knowledge of products and programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer relationship management and sales supported by documentation.
• Ability to train staff and customers on products and services.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships; sell parts, service, and PM plans; resolve issues.
• Promote and sell parts and services; assist with field demonstrations; generate new leads.
• Submit timely reports (call reports, lost sales); ensure documentation accuracy; follow up after major purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of products, programs, and competitor activity; assist with trade-in evaluations.
• Maintain product manuals and price lists; attend company events; set and track daily/weekly/annual sales goals.
• Maintain a safe working environment; perform other duties as assigned.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
