Wonderful Sales is seeking a Field Sales Merchandiser to build and maintain relationships with grocery retailers within Beaumont, TX and surrounding areas. The role focuses on product placement, merchandising, and promotional execution for our well-known brands.

You will manage 60+ accounts within a 100+ mile radius, drive daily to stores, and ensure displays and shelves reflect brand standards. Company car and benefits are provided, with a typical weekday schedule starting early.

Formación

• Proven retail sales success in grocery channel.
• Ability to partner with store managers to drive display and placement.
• Experience managing a large territory and daily drive time.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with independent work style.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain 60+ grocery retail relationships within a 100+ mile territory.
• Determine best store locations for displays and product placement.
• Rotate and stock all products during store calls.
• Maintain schematic integrity during remodels and openings.
• Build relationships with retailer personnel to increase penetration.
• Sell and maintain retail distribution of all brands in territory.
