Job summary

Wonderful Sales is seeking a Field Sales Merchandiser to cover Waterbury, VT and surrounding territory. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness by placing displays, stocking products, and optimizing shelf presence in grocery stores.

You will travel within the territory, manage relationships with store personnel, and drive in-market distribution while supporting company marketing programs. A strong drive, organization, and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven retail sales success promoting grocery store products.
• Ability to form partnerships with store/produce managers.
• Capable of providing compelling rationales to display products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 100+ grocery retail relationships within an assigned 100+ mile range territory.
• Determine best store location for sales and move displays.
• Rotate and stock all company products on each grocery store call.
• Maintain schematic integrity during remodelling and grand openings.
• Develop relationships with retailer personnel to facilitate account penetration.
• Sell and maintain retail distribution for all products in the territory.
• Record data gathering using company devices.
• Support marketing programs and POS/coupon initiatives.
• Provide supply-chain information daily.
