Job summary

Headway, a Series D company automating insurance for mental health providers, seeks a field sales professional in the United States to own a territory and build referral partnerships. You will drive growth through outbound outreach and in-person visits, expanding the customer base and partner ecosystem.

You will cold call, visit offices, host lunch learns, and manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce, continuously refining the playbook to close opportunities and accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years field/outbound sales experience.

• Experience building referral partnerships and managing a sales funnel.
