Job summary

Headway is hiring a Field Growth Associate to build and own referral partnerships for behavioral health across a New York City market. You will cold call, visit local provider offices, host lunch & learns, and participate in networking events to create first referrals and long‑term partnerships.

You will travel 40–50 miles around your territory, manage a growing partner book, and keep Salesforce updated with activity and forecasts, driving consistent pipeline and revenue growth for Headway.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of field sales, outside sales, or high-volume outbound experience (BDR, SDR, territory rep) with a track record of hitting activity and quota targets.
• Strong prospecting and door-to-door outreach skills; comfortable with cold calling and in-field visits.
• Experience building and managing a partner/referral pipeline in a healthcare or similar environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive new referral partnerships in your assigned market through cold calling, in-field engagement, and networking events.
• Travel within a 40-50 mile radius of your territory.
• Grow and manage your existing book of referral partners and report weekly metrics.
